In the fictional city of Sanshu, four members of the Hero Club—Yuna, Mimori, Fu, and Itsuki—make their living by helping anyone in need. However, their lives change drastically when they are thrown into a strange forest and encounter a terrifying creature called Vertex, which threatens the Shinju, the sacred tree that protects humanity.
