Yellowjackets follows a high school girls' soccer team from New Jersey who on their way to a national tournament suffer a plane crash and are stranded in the wilds of Ontario for 19 months, where they struggle to survive in extreme conditions until some of them resort to cannibalism for the sake of living; The story also jumps to 2021 when the adult survivors must face past trauma and the consequences of their choices—will they be able to face the horrors that haunt not only the forest but also their lives 25 years later, and will their dark secrets be revealed amidst unquenchable emotions?
