Kotetsu (Wild Tiger) and Barnaby return to action as a superhero duo, but their partnership is shattered when new owner Apollon Media fires Kotetsu and pairs Barnaby with Golden Ryan, an arrogant new hero. When the city of Stern Bild is threatened by the mysterious NEXT trio, Barnaby and Ryan must work together to face the deadly threat.
