The Nightingale
In the 19th century Australian outback, an Irish woman trapped in slavery witnesses the cruelty of colonialism. After her husband is killed, she hunts down the British lieutenant who ruined her life, helped by a young Aboriginal man who is also scarred by the past. In the midst of the cruel Tasmanian jungle, revenge and forgiveness clash. Can they survive before the darkness devours them?
