Auschwitz, 1944. Dr. Miklos Nyiszli, a Jew forced to become a pathologist for Josef Mengele, is caught in a moral dilemma: helping the Nazis kill his people in order to survive. Together with the Sonderkommando, he planned the only rebellion in the death camp. However, everything changes when they find a 14-year-old girl who survived the gas chamber. Saving him could thwart the rebellion—but could they sacrifice the life of one child for the sake of thousands more? At the end of humanity, how far will we go?
