The Bloodhound
Mac, an oil executive from Houston, is sent to a remote Scottish village to purchase land for the construction of an oil refinery. The locals eagerly sell their land for money, but things get complicated when Ben Knox, a hermit who owns the crucial beach, refuses to cooperate. Meanwhile, Mac's boss is fascinated by the aurora, and his colleague Danny falls in love with Marina, a mysterious girl with webbed feet. Caught between village-style negotiations and the idiosyncrasies of the residents, Mac must adapt to a life far from his corporate world. This charming film is accompanied by a legendary soundtrack from Mark Knopfler!
