Kim Roi-ha

Kim Roi-ha (김뢰하) is a South Korean character actor born on November 15, 1965. Beginning his career in theater and short films in the 1990s, he rose to prominence through his early artistic collaborations with acclaimed director Bong Joon-ho, starring in Barking Dogs Never Bite (2000), Memories of Murder (2003), and The Host (2006).
