Sofia Olympiou

Sofia Olympiou (Sofia-Glykeria Chalkiopoulou, 23 March 1935 – 25 September 2017) was a Greek television, theatre and film actress. Sofia Olympiou came from an artistic family. Her maiden name was Sofia-Glykeria Chalkiopoulou. Her father was the actor Yiannis Chalkiopoulos and her mother was the actress Eleni Lalaouni. On her father's side, her grandfather Nikos Chalkiopoulos was an actor and her grandmother was the also actress Sofia Chalkiopoulou.
