A struggling writer with a looming deadline stumbles upon an unlikely source of inspiration - pain.

Jack, a meticulous writer facing a midnight deadline, struggles with crippling writer's block while unpaid bills pile up around him. After accidentally injuring himself, he discovers that pain unlocks his creativity, sending him down a chaotic spiral of increasingly absurd self-inflicted torture in pursuit of inspiration.
