In 2021, the world is connected by a giant internet, while half the population suffers from Nerve Attenuation Syndrome (NAS). Johnny, with a memory chip in his brain, is tasked with sending classified data from Beijing to Newark. Pursued by Pharmakom and the Yakuza who want to seize the data, Johnny allies with the Low-tech group led by J-Bone to crack the code that stores the NAS drug. In a race against time, Johnny must risk his life to save humanity.
