Llewyn Davis, a talented but down-on-his-luck folk musician, wanders around Greenwich Village in the winter of 1961 with a guitar and big dreams. However, his life was filled with failure, bad decisions, and a vicious cycle of poverty. With soulful music but a cruel fate, he keeps going without knowing if the world will give him a chance.
