Marco, a cynical basketball coach, falls into decline after being fired and almost going to prison. His choice: coach the team "Los Amigos", players with intellectual disabilities. Initially frustrated, Marco is slowly amazed by their innocence and enthusiasm. Helped by his ex-wife, Sonia, he discovers the true meaning of leadership—and perhaps, redemption.
