Belle & Sebastian (Belle et Sebastien)
In the cold French Alps in 1943, Sébastien, an orphan, lives with his shepherd grandfather. He believed his mother had gone to America and was expecting a compass watch as a gift from her. When a stray dog is accused of slaughtering sheep, Sébastien develops a friendship with the dog, whom he names Belle. However, the villagers consider Belle a threat. Against the backdrop of the French resistance against the Nazis, can Sébastien save his new best friend before it's too late?
