In "The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince", a beautiful tomboy named Go Eun-Chan (Yoon Eun-Hye) works in a cafe to make ends meet. She is mistaken for a man and decides to maintain that misconception for the sake of her job. However, the situation becomes complicated when her boss, Choi Han-Sung (Gong Yoo), starts to fall in love with the "boy". Will Eun-Chan be able to maintain her disguise or will Han-Sung discover the truth about her identity?
